Having been strongly recommended to us, Sarah and her carpet-fitter provided an excellent service, for which I would like to say ‘Thank you’.
We initially made two choices of carpet for our stairs and landing and Sarah arranged for samples of both to be delivered through the post. Once we made the final choice, she arranged for her fitter to measure up. We chose broadloom for the landing and a runner for the stairs and he was most helpful with his advice.

Having bought a house, with intentions of stripping-out everything, plaster, wiring, floors, etc. Deciding I wanted wooden floors everywhere I started researching.... they're everywhere! Speaking to my brother, he insisted.... "you have to call Sarah". He is fastidious, his wife maybe more so. Sarah had arranged his flooring some years ago and that were both very happy. I discovered that Sarah operates as SW Flooring. After a few phone calls she sent some samples. I felt indecisive, judging from those little pieces and Sarah arranged for me to see a vast range of various woods in a large showroom. Since then she has arranged everything perfectly, happily and very efficiently. Including being able to put me in touch with a very experienced floor laying craftsman who is nearly as pleasant as she is. The price worked out very favourably.... so it has left me more than happy with the whole experience. I would guess that anyone would be very safe to have her work with them.

She sourced a near perfect colour match for a laminate floor that we had in our apartment at Canary Wharf - the original having been laid 10 years ago and had since been discontinued. Sarah is very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient to deal with and very responsive. Her flooring fitter was very professional and polite and a tidy worker. After visiting the usual retail outlets and local stores we could not really find anything truly suitable or to our liking. We were also confused about what we should be having and what we really needed?We were then recommended to use SW Flooring by a friend. We contacted Sarah and soon afterwards we had various sample books of floor swatches. There were quite a few to choose from and found something we originally had in mind. - We then had a visit from the fitter who explained thoroughly exactly what we should be looking to do in terms of removing the old existing floor and fitting our new chosen flooring.
Within a short space of time the fitter returned and removed the old flooring and fitted the new floor within a matter of hours.
Very reasonably priced in comparison with what we had previously looked at and are very satisfied with the finished job - Everyone comments on how nice it looks and asks us for the suppliers contact details. - We have also found to our surprise that it rarely shows up the dirt - Having gone to a darker colour flooring, we were a little concerned that any marks & footprints from the children playing outside would show more but a dark stone effect floor is what we wanted and if that meant a little extra cleaning then we could live with that.. - However, we actually found that dirt & grime show a lot less than our existing floor and because of the design of the new floor's surface, it's actually much easier to clean!!..
Overall very pleased and will definitely look at using them again...
